Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and include package tracking. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays.

Order Review:

Please inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us within three days of arrival.

Expedited Shipping:

• Orders placed before 3 PM EST with rush shipping requested will be processed the same day and should arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the following day and will also arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on the selected method.
• Additional charges may apply based on delivery circumstances.
• Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Standard Shipping:

• Allow up to two business days for order processing.
• Once processed, orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Address Accuracy:

If the address provided is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Shipping Refunds:

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the donation total.
